Fact- The dairy industry weights in at a whopping 7 billions a year in Canada

Fact- There are 7 major types of cows used for milk production in Canada: Holstein (90% of them all!), Ayrshire, Guernsey, Jersey, Brown Swiss, Milking Shorthorn and Canadienne

Fact- There are something like 1.2 million milking cows in the country
